Yoga teaches us that there are five causes of suffering.  Join us as we explore five remedies to suffering: the sources of joy.  Through restorative poses, myofascial release techniques, and pranayama, we’ll unwind the effects of suffering on the body: muscle tension, myofascial restrictions, inflammation, mental habits of anxiety, fatigue, etc.  Through the meditation tools, we’ll promote the effects of joy on the body: delight, ease, radiance, equanimity, etc. The innate joy of the heart is too often clouded by mental habits.  The five sources of joy are meditation techniques that un-cloud the heart and mind, and that can be used anywhere, anytime.  Intimate, relevant, and transformative, they are also portable and applicable to life on and off your yoga mat

All levels.  Please bring a mat, 2 blocks and a strap.
