With such busy lives dominated by technology, over-scheduling, and distracted relationships, the perpetuation of restlessness and angst has become commonplace. We need to integrate restorative yoga practices more consistently. This afternoon’s session will provide restorative yoga poses for some of the common symptoms of our stressful times: headaches/migraines, digestive issues, chronic pain, and insomnia.  Restorative yoga poses that soothe Vata and nourish Kapha help bring us back home to our innate sense of love and belonging. Please bring a hot water bottle if you have one. Some will be provided. We will also include call and response chanting in this session, in the spirit of Rishikesh, India.
