In this class, we’ll demystify the practice of backbends, showing you progressive steps to prepare your body for bending backward, and how to integrate these building blocks into your home practice. You’ll also learn how to decompress your low back and keep your knees properly aligned for safe practice, so that you’ll be able to reap the rewards of backbending for many years to come. All levels. Please bring a mat, 2 blocks and a strap.
