Foundations of Forward Bends

Day & Time - Saturday at 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Dig deep into your hips to set the stage for deep releasing in forward
bends. A little anatomy will help illustrate the principles of safety for knees
and low backs, while allowing you to surrender into these relaxing and
introspective poses.

Minimum of 6 months of practice. Please bring a mat, block, strap and 3 blankets.
