Arm balances are some of Yoga’s most challenging poses, but they can
be loads of fun too. Building on our foundation in the arms and shoulders,
we’ll start with a few poses that everyone can do, and progress to the
more challenging, “in my dreams” poses. With careful preparation and
few tricks, you may be surprised by how much you can do.
Minimum of 6 months of practice. Please bring a mat, block, strap and blanket.
